Not at this time. Our Finance company we work with does offer a early pay off option that takes up to 65% off. Each term offers a different percentage off.
We require first payment down to place order, second payment is due 30 days from the date of delivery.
We do not offer on site builds, all buildings are built at our location and transported to customers property.
Yes, All we require is first month payment but customer can pay more down when placing order.
The more they pay the lower the payment becomes.
We do not recommend considering we offer free delivery and set up but if bought cash price they can pick it up themselves, It does void any and all warranties we offer.
No, We cannot build and transport without a floor.
We do not do any inside work, we only build the shed shell.
We do offer electrical and insulation packages however we do not install the material.
Our 5/8 tongue and groove OSB flooring has a 50 year warranty as does the LP smart siding through the manufacturer. Our grade 1 metal roofing has a 40 year warranty through the manufacturer. We also provide service calls for any small repairs during the duration of lease.
We provide the block to set and level the building on. We start at a 4inch cap block and level out from there.
The block package we offer is not used to set a building to a certain height it is only needed when the land is so unlevel that we will need more blocks than usual.
You should not need a permit, you can always check with your local code office to see if there are specific requirements for your area.
Yes, The customer has to be present upon delivery to sign paperwork and show where the building is to be placed.
If you do not own the property the building will be placed on the landowner must sign a landlord form allowing us on the property to set up the building.
We email or text this form ahead of time to ensure we get permission before delivery.
We cannot deliver without form signed.
We cannot accept any form of ID that is expired, it has to be up to date to get a building in your name.
Yes we do if they are buildings we have manufactured and is under contract with our current leasing company, paid off or bought outright cash price.
We cannot move buildings that we manufactured when working with previous leasing companies that we no longer affiliate with.
Cost to move is a flat rate of $495 plus $2.10 per mile from our office to pick up location to new location and back to our office.
Yes, We have several repos and stock buildings ready for purchase.
Once a building is voluntarily turned into the leasing company customer will not owe anything more as long as payments was kept current up to date.
If payments was not kept current they will owe the past due payments plus any other charges the leasing company applys.
No, It cannot.
No, We cannot put any building on wheels that is under contract.
Usually only one driver, However on larger buildings we send two drivers.
For example all 14 wide buildings require a escort so that is when two drivers will be present.
We use a mule (shed mover) to pick the building up and trail to where it is to be placed.
The delivery driver will need a clear path for access at least 2ft wider than the building and 14ft in height.

We have two standard free of charge colors which is honey and smokey beige SW9087.
If customer wants custom colors it does have a additional charge , We use Sherwin Williams so the customer would go online or in store to pick colors and give us the 4 digit paint code for siding and trim if they want it different colors or can just do all same color.

On sheds under 20ft in length it includes a breaker box, 4-6 outlets, 1 switch, 2 lights and 125ft roll of wire.
On sheds 20ft and above in length it includes a breaker box, 8-10 outlets, 2 switches, 2 lights and a full 250ft roll of wire.
Customer has to be 18 years or older to purchase a building.
On 8 and 10 wide buildings it has 2 runners.
On 12 and 14 wide buildings it has 4 runners.
Flooring and walls are built on 16in centers. Except for flooring on garages is 12in centers.

Yes, we do.
We use R13 insulation it comes in rolls. The insulation package is enough to cover the walls if customer wants enough for walls and ceilings they would purchase 2 packages which cost $795 each
We offer 6×6 double wooden doors, 6×3 single wooden doors, 36in solid house doors, 36in 9lite house doors, and on garages we have 7×7 roll up garage doors.
We offer 2×3 and 3×3 windows. 2×3 comes standard with the buildings with windows but can be upgraded to 3×3 with a additional charge of the difference in price of the two. ($25)
Depending on how full the schedule is and how many buildings are in production at the time. Usually, 5-7 business days but it can take up to 7-14 business days
In order to mark a building pending/on hold so no one else can buy it the customer would have to make a deposit to hold it based on the size.
